I offer a personalized and nurturing yoga experience, with a focus on mindful movement, breath awareness, and proper alignment. I have been practicing yoga for over 25 years and am a 500-hour Yoga Alliance certified instructor. I am certified to teach a variety of styles, and I tailor each class to meet the needs of my students. Every class I teach ends with a live mini-soundbath during savasana, blending the healing power of sound with the restorative stillness of yoga.

Yoga Styles:

Hatha Yoga

A traditional and accessible style focused on classic poses, breath control, and building strength, balance, and awareness.

Vinyasa Flow

A dynamic, flowing practice where movement is linked to breath, creating a graceful, energizing sequence.

Restorative Yoga

A calming and restful practice where the body is fully supported with props, encouraging deep relaxation and healing.

Senior

Gentle classes designed to enhance flexibility, balance, and well-being for older adults, with careful attention to individual needs. This practice can include chair yoga.

Yin Yoga

A quiet, introspective practice with long-held poses that gently open the body’s connective tissues and promote inner stillness.

Chakra Yoga

A practice that integrates movement, breath, and meditation to awaken, balance, and harmonize the body’s energy centers (chakras).

Yoga for Cancer and Chronic Disease

Specialized, supportive yoga adapted to meet the unique physical and emotional needs of individuals managing cancer or chronic conditions.
